Get the clarity you need about our classes, schedule, and studio policies.

Not at all. All classes welcome beginners. Just let the teacher know before class and they will offer modifications for your level.
We provide mats, props, and blocks. Just bring water and comfortable clothes. For Reformer classes, please bring grip socks.
Book online through our website up to 7 days in advance. Popular classes fill up fast, especially weekend mornings.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class. If something comes up, reach out and we will always try to work with you.
Yes. Unlimited monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates. Members get priority booking and discounts on private sessions.
